There is such a wonderful community of first responders on the island, we can all relax and enjoy knowing we will be well cared for in any eventuality.

Mug of the Month - JawsFest05

Can we ever forget the music?  without a doubt "Jaws" the 1975 thriller movie is an enduring part of the Vineyard lore.  Here is a rare mug from the 30th anniversary Jaws Fest held on the island - outdoor screenings of the movie, tours of the location shots and lots of contact with islanders who were part of the filming.

Mug of the Month - Bongo

Remembrance of coffee shops that once were.
Does anyone remember Bongo - used to be on Main Street in Vineyard Haven - the same location that Mocha Mott's is now in.  Great laid back attitude and good coffee in the day.
