The mug of the month is Rosewater a great new place to eat and sit in Edgartown - good sandwiches and a nice small shop.  Very fresh food and friendly service.

The vineyard is so lucky to have wonderful gardeners - one of the best was Polly Hill who is no longer with us in person, but who remains in her wonderful garden.

Mug of the Month - State Road Restaurant

 

Mug of the month is from State Road Restaurant - we actually got it at the sister restaurant - Beach Road.  This is a beautiful spot - great views from every seat.  The sides (kale and polenta) were outstanding as was the great company.

Book ahead if you want a seat and bring your credit card.

Always a spring tradition is to visit old places and see what didn't make it and what is new for the year.  One place that is long gone is Sodapops - now it is "Beach Road" and has been other things in the interim.  Here is the mug - don't know why it is sideways - it is ride side up on my computer.
